Problem of lawyer protection: comparative legal analysis

This article is dedicated to the analysis of a preponderant institution Civil Society in Russia such as Bar Association, consequently, its role implementation state function providing qualified legal assistance examined. In addition, it ad-dresses criminal defense mechanism Russian profession. To achieve objective study, several general scientific techniques, and methods knowledge (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, systemic-structural, formal-logical approaches) specific were launched: historical-legal, formal-legal, comparative-legal, interpretative are employed. Based on results obtained, can be concluded that profession, being an civil society, remains vul-nerable sense interaction with law enforcement agencies. At same time, by illegally interfering promotion, public officials go unpunished. There still no liability for unlawful interference activities lawyer. It therefore proposes introduce amendments legislation governing this matter interest.
